In addition to the car rental agreement that will be signed at the time of vehicle delivery, a valid credit card is required from all individual customers as a security deposit.
For corporate and commercial clients, the following company documents must be provided:
Company tax registration certificate
Authorized signature form
Copy of the legal representative’s ID
These documents are required to validate the rental and ensure compliance with company policies.
The driver must be at least 20 years old and must hold a valid Moroccan or international driving license.
The driving license must have been issued for at least 2 years and must remain valid for at least 6 months at the time of the rental agreement.
For vehicle groups A, B, C and D, the driver must be at least 20 years old.
The original driving license must be presented at the time of vehicle delivery.
Rental prices include vehicle maintenance and third-party insurance coverage in accordance with the legal insurance limits.
The 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in the displayed prices.
Fuel is the responsibility of the renter and must be returned at the same level as at the time of delivery.
A chauffeur-driven service and a translator or guide can be provided upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
The total rental amount must be paid in full at the time of vehicle delivery.
The minimum rental period is 72 hours. In case of delay, one-third (1/3) of the daily rental price will be charged for each additional hour. Any delay exceeding 3 hours will be charged as a full extra day.
A security deposit is required and must be provided by a valid credit card at the time of rental.
All traffic fines, toll fees and penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter and must be paid by the customer.
Vehicle delivery and return are free of charge within the city where Triwal Car is located.
Delivery and return in other cities are available upon prior notice, and can be arranged at locations such as hotels, workplaces, train stations, ports or other agreed places.
For deliveries and returns in cities where Triwal Car does not have an office, a delivery fee of 0.2 EUR per kilometer will be applied, calculated from the rental agency’s location.
